Implement, maintain, repair various components of law enforcement officer's vehicles including computers, camera system, networks, printers, and cradle systems in vehicle and office. Configure network connections through cellular, office WiFi, WAN, and LAN using secure connections. Use HEAT asset tracking system to maintain tickets and records. I use various tools to repair or install cradle systems to operational office within a vehicle.

Collaboratively works to develop a vision and implementation strategies for training new employees in emergency response and emergency preparedness. Trains new employees with on-the-job training methods. Introduces and develops employee to be 9-1-1 call taker and dispatcher. Provides training on various computer-aided, Law Enforcement systems. Works with other districts, supervisors, leaders and staff to reduce safety risks by developing and implementing security processes and standards for the State Patrol. Coordinates with first responder public agencies to eliminate threats and protect the public. Aids officers and detectives in investigations, researching information for stolen vehicles, background checks on suspects and traffic stops. Receive, relay, and dispatch emergency calls for service.
