I was elected by the members of the Seattle King County Realtors Association as the 2015 Vice President for Government & Public Relations. We are a membership of over 5,500 Professional Realtors in King County. • Served as key turn-around team member as part of Highland Capital's replacement of senior executive team at Broadstripe. Responsible for Broadstripe operations in Washington and Oregon including more than 80 employees.
• Took over management of project to convert Broadstripe from a Sprint VoIP product to a N2P IP bases phone product. Remedied significant project delays resulting in successful conversion of all 14,000 existing Sprint.
• Developed and implemented new sales and marketing plan for Washington/Oregon, increasing regional monthly sales 40% from fall 2009 to spring 2010.
• Championed high-quality customer service at minimum cost; facilitated roll out of customer response plan that measured company and technician’s performance; designed and implemented technical training that improved.
• Designed employee accountability practices that improved quality and customer interactions, resulting in a 20% reduction in customer "churn rate" from 2009 to spring 2010.
• Managed collaboration and negotiations with elected officials and regulatory jurisdictions for franchising entities; mended governmental relations by improving customer service and technical performance standards.

• Drove vision, growth strategy and operations for the customer service-oriented technology company specializing in conference services. Grew company to include operations at 11 sites in six states providing telephone.
• Directed operations for start-up technology service provider leading to a positive monthly cash flow position within 14 months of incorporation. Developed and executed long-term operational strategy resulting in.
• Developed, executed and perfected business module that filled the telecommunications void for convention center industry resulting in contracts at numerous convention sites across the US.
• Recruited, hired, developed and empowered talent in local markets to execute strategy and vision, resulting in the company becoming a recognized technology and customer service leader in the hospitality industry.
• Expanded service offerings and revenue opportunities in the convention center industry by successfully diversifying into audio/visual rental equipment.

• Managed construction and maintenance crews for four cable TV franchises in King County, Washington. Key results:
• Directed contract to rewire the world’s largest cubic ft. building; connected Boeing 747 plant engineering computers with manufacturing facilities; completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Built and maintained All Points Cable TV systems and managed services contracted to outside services.
• Sold company to TCI Cable Company in an all cash sale after 13 years of operations.
