• Providing management and oversight of the dealership’s day-to-day service operations, including but not limited to: o Provide Supervision to 40-45 Employees, including five service advisors, 17 full-line techs, lube technicians, detail technicians, etc. o Personnel Management/Discipline o Payroll Management o Shop loading and Technician Efficiency Management o Promotions and Advertising o Customer Service and Problem Solving• Overseeing Used Car Reconditioning Process• Forecasting Sales and Expenses• Administering Warranties• Maintaining Low Open Repair Order Count and Work in Process• Managing Service Advisor Productivity, Including Hours and Dollars Per Repair Order• Coordinating with Parts Department, Body Shop, and Other Dealership Entities• Handling Lemon-Law Cases

• Advising Customers of Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Needs• Continuously increase knowledge of dealer services, fees and vehicle repair needs• Develop and write up repairs estimates and keep customers informed of changes• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times by taking care of customers’ needs while in the dealership.• Providing Customer Service and Problem Solving
