This role, based in the Macquarie Group's Headquarters in 50 Martin Place is in the Global Reward team which makes up part of the Global Human Resources Division. Responsibilities include management and development of the reward systems, delivery of the annual remuneration review and reward communication to all employees globally.Key deliverables include:- Management of development with our internal technical partners for reward systems- Delivery of end to end Global Annual Remuneration process - Communication of outcomes for all employees- Management of operations team and support for extended team in Manila- Reward management information reporting for Executive Committee, Group Head and UK regulatory support- Delivery of reward data support for Group requirements- Support for wider HR initiatives including recognition awards- Global Benefits lead- Retention plan management.

This role involved management of the Operation element of HR including recruitment team supporting 800 colleagues and elements of shared service support, risk, WHS activities and performance management. Responsibilities also include maintaining the HR systems within Lloyds International (HRIS, Recruitment, Performance, Remuneration) including implementation and upgrades. This role was the link between the centralised Total Reward team and the Direct Channels business which was responsible for all UK contact centres and Digital Banking. This role was working directly for the Manager Director within Direct Channels in (all UK Contact Centres) an autonomous role with supporting of strategic planning, MI analysis, development of a communication strategy and general support of the MD office.
