National Account Manager based in the Sunbury Head Office.• Working as a National Account Manager with Hotel Chains, High Security Group customers, Estate Agencies and Financial Institutions such as Claridges Hotel, The Strand Hotel, Park Inn Group, Radisson Edwardian, Bank of England, VTB Bank, Concordia Limited and Jones Lang LaSalle.• Running the CCTV Sensormatic lease book for the area with a total value of £1.5 Million Responsible for new leases and re-leasing existing customers and upgrading their systems whilst selling new leases for 3 – 5 years. I generated a total of £900k using this method.• Dealing with all types of security: intruder, access control CCTV and fire systems together with the addition of annual maintenance contracts• Successfully brought the Park Inn Hotel group to ADT National Accounts. Worked on 14 of their hotels installing Dowshu digital CCTV video recorders with mainly Sanyo day night cameras. The contract worth over £140,000.• Installed barrier systems at many of the hotels. Assisted the General Managers at the hotels withcustomer car park fees estimating how long it would take before the barrier system went into profit and offering a return on investment.• Had regular meetings at the hotels to ensure that everything was running smoothly to the customers’ satisfaction.
