Our team manages the external IT spend for the Global Ericsson organization (>15 bSEK yearly spend), for internal use and for products embedded in Ericsson products and services. The scope includes Hardware, Software, and IT Services.Jointly with the business, we negotiate competitive agreements, manage supplier relationships, and drive long-term category strategy development and execution.

Ericsson Management Consulting was established as an internal Management Consulting unit within Ericsson in 2006. We are a diverse team of 40 consultants with many years of experience from leading management consulting firms. We work closely with Ericsson’s executive leadership team to deliver breakthrough results from strategy projects across the world, and global change programs.
