Senior Technical Producer
CurrentAt QTV I am part of a talented team that produces a wealth of live and post-production content for our various partners and clients.Having built up considerable experience and being a key part of the team since I joined, the 2020/21 SPFL season brought on new pressures and responsibilities. I was tasked with being responsible for creating a workflow for all post-production content and was part of the team crewing and producing our numerous club TV and world feed operations.As well as our regular SPFL work, I work with our talented team to produce broadcast content for sporting and commercial clients on an ad-hoc basis such as Liverpool FC, World Archery, Cognition X, Peace One Day, World Curling, and many others.- Planning and production of broadcast set-ups, including crewing, tech set-ups, graphic workflows, graphic packages, and VTs- Producing and creating match highlights and match promo content/hype trailers- Producing and creating broadcast titles for international highlights, club tv programs, and match promo videos- Producing, creating, and using broadcast graphics packages through vMix for live sports events, cup draws, and feature content such as live podcasts- Technical director and/or graphics operator on OB productions, online productions, club tv productions, world feeds, and 'watch & bet' productions. - Uploading, transferring, and organising content for internal and external purposes- Social media operator for live content and clipping and editing footage for VNR releases. Transcribing.- Camera operator on live multi-camera sporting broadcasts and single-camera football matches- Problem-solving technical and logistical issuesRegular user of vMix software and GT Title Designer, Streamyard, Grabyo, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Drive workflows to cater to the needs of the event/client. Always open to new technical workflows and solutions.
