Led, trained, and equipped Navy sailors to facilitate squadron readiness during combat deployments and training detachments. Managed the readiness, movement, and support of 186 people, and personally oversaw 50 sailors maintaining aircraft systems and conducting administrative duties. Advised the commanding officer on squadron manning issues. Led a test exercise encompassing 23 personnel and two aircraft in order to qualify four aviators to operate onboard systems. Identified and corrected personnel and procedural issues within the division's work centers and contributed to the squadron's 98% mission completion rate during two deployments.

Operated the EA-6B Prowler for 1100 hours during four deployments including 62 combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Unified Protector. Qualified as Mission Commander, Tactical Air Flight Lead, and Functional Check Flight Aviator, Trained 10 aviators working toward their qualifications. Studied and employed electronic warfare jamming techniques used against radar and communication threats, briefed senior commanders on mission plans and tactics.
