Leads the coordination of solutions with all departments involved regarding administrative issues including new business, contracting, funding and in force. Provides technical knowledge to the Sales Support team and handles more complex and escalated issues. Leads and assists in the planning and implementation of projects. Helps grow EquiTrust fixed annuity and Single Premium Whole Life production.
