Managed pre-professional consulting club of 45 members. Supervised and assisted board members on all initiatives, including operations, client acquisition, community development, publicity, student recruitment, and 501c(3) application. Spearheaded post pandemic recovery, setting milestones for revenue, client satisfaction, and member engagement. Set annual club strategic vision.

Implemented member training programs, career events, and community building programs. Developed an intra-club mentorship system and a new training program for both YUCG analysts and project managers.

Undertook development of new credit underwriting system. Responsibilities included developing PRD and user stories, developing and pseudocoding business logic for the underwriting process, developing UML activity diagrams, developing UX and wireframes for a client-facing webportal, and leading client kickoff meeting.
