Advise and assist the head of the Antitrust Division on law and policy related to the Division.Manage relationships with state attorneys general across all Division matters.

I served as a trial attorney, handling all aspects of the merger review process from reviewing HSR filings, to preliminary investigations, to Second Request investigations, to merger challenges.I served on two trial teams:-United States v. AT&T Inc. (D.D.C. 2018): Responsibilities included serving as second chair for deposition and cross-examination of AT&T CEO, leading team of attorneys and paralegals in drafting 170-page proposed findings of fact seven days after testimony concluded; and deposing AT&T executives.-United States v. EnergySolutions, Inc. (D. Del. 2017): Responsibilities included handling sensitive third-party relationships and deposing third-parties on defendants' witness list.

Drafted opening & reply briefs, and presented oral argument as court appointed amicus curiae in support of Ismail Abdul Malik, a pro se prisoner, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Won reversal of summary judgment for Mr. Malik. See Malik v. District of Columbia, 574 F. 3d 781 (D.C. Cir. 2009).
