I provided consulting services to Allegheny County’s Department of Human Services as part of my Master's degree Capstone project. During the project I secured a commitment from the PA Department of Human Services to assist ACDHS in the development and implementation of its future merit hiring system. I also surveyed 17 county human services departments about their alternative merit hiring systems to recommend “best practices” to ACDHS.

I spearheaded the first-ever online survey for 20+ Board members to evaluate board governance and strategic management capability. I also benchmarked NJDC against peer organizations in Jewish advocacy/ community. I provided a final report and comprehensive industry analysis to Executive Director, including expansion strategies, fundraising tactics, and ways to regain market space.

I ghost wrote for NJDC leaders, executives, and Board members. I provided talking points and op-eds for members of Congress. I also authored content for mailers sent to battleground states during the 2012 election, helping to move 100,000+ Jewish voters in FL from "undecided" to supporting the party candidate, as calculated through internal polling and exit polling data.
