Appointed to work for a renowned multi-channel network, this enterprise is a platform-agnostic firm, and a leading digital content producer (outside of the USA). Its content is available to view on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter etc.Within this role, I instigated, created and launched channel editorial strategies, including the rollout of a plan for the company's 11 YouTube channels / digital brands, achieving 13.4 subscribers.Highlights from my role include:• Navigating a target-oriented team of 40 (editors, writers, talent and social managers)• Being accountable for all areas of P&L for a prime division within Diagonal View• Forging strong relationships with Seniors at Sky, collaborating to drive changes about social video across the industry• Delivering branded content for in-house properties, leading the process, while ensuring each phase is completed on time • Increasing the online audience across various verticals to encompass a younger demographic, developing the audience base for many brands from the ground up• Achieving 5.2BN YouTube views, 13.4M subscribers and accomplishing a YouTube revenue of £5.2M• Attaining five YouTube 'golden play' buttons for acquiring 1M+ subscribers and 16 'silver play' buttons for acquiring 100,000 subscribers• Implementing the original football brand, 'Football Daily', achieving 1.5M subscribers and 4M Facebook 'likes.'• Driving the sale of the business to Sky (2017), creating the business strategy and engaging in business-critical negotiations with Sky
