My passion is cooking and all things to do with cooking, I pride myself on keeping my kitchen in order adhering to HACCAP and food safety, I feel that one of my biggest strengths is Food Costing and designing menus around little to no food waste as possible, nothing makes me feel better than making people happy with the food coming out of the kitchen. I believe in a well-structured Kitchen where every member of the kitchen plays an important role, from a sculler / cleaner to the head chef, the development of the staff is also vital and it gives me joy in seeing someone that you have mentored succeed in life.
