I am responsible for planning, staffing, and managing manufacturing functions to produce products, coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure the timely delivery of components and/or finished parts that meet cost and quality standards. Plan and oversee design criteria, standards, methods, and procedures for all manufacturing product lines. Manage plant operations and schedules to ensure the most effective use of personnel, materials, equipment and other company resources. Plan, recommend, and justify annual operating budgets and financial targets in accordance with known operation needs, strategies, and objectives.
