As a portfolio manager at GBLI, and head of PMO, I manage the company's run portfolio of work and projects, ranging from lights-on work to enhancements and revenue generating efforts. With over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and project delivery, as well my Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and certified professional in business intelligence (CPBI).My main focus is supporting the company's operational lights-on work, as well as supporting our project managers engaging in the company's transformational projects. I work closely with the IT group and the business stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the project goals, scope, and deliverables, as well as to facilitate the implementation and adoption of new solutions. I also assist in technology training and support, leveraging tools such as Office 365, SharePoint 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Smartsheets, UKG HRIS, and Guidewire Billing Center 10. I am passionate about driving innovation and efficiency through data-driven decision making and agile methodologies.
