Combined with other system expansion and improvement projects, total capital expenditures exceeded $80 million. • Operated and managed 2 Propane-Air Peak Shaving Facilities, which had an overall inventory of 2.5M gallons of propane. Equipment included 3 water-bath vaporizers, multi-stage air compressors, regulators, pneumatic shut-off valves, pressure relief valves, electronic gas leak detection, flame detection, and truck loading/unloading stations. • Managed the bidding, selection and performance of contractors for activities such as pipeline installation and repair, engineering, surveying, easement acquisition, leak survey, line locating, underwater surveys, boiler repair, valve maintenance, and environmental remediation.
