Client Coordinator
Current• Issue certificates of insurance for approval from Client Manager• Generate/issue liability slips for renewals, endorsements and new business• Processing documents: renewals, endorsements, and new business forms• Run MVRs/driver abstracts, CVOR, etc.• Maintain the summary of insurance over the course of the policy year• Correspond with clients 100 days in advance of policy renewals• Review policy documents against binders issued• Creating policy binders for Client Managers• Processing of mail and endorsements for the team and clients
