Defined board level test requirement and test plans. Defined test platform hardware, assembled, and developed labview software for new FPGA based RF transceiver digital board product. Design verification and feedback to design engineer on initial product testing. Test development for new dual band RF transceiver product, added RF test support for 900 MHz band. Developed Ethernet packet based tests for control/status of RF transceiver. Defined RF switch requirements to support dual band product testing. Labview programming consultant for Communications Management Unit test platform. Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing test platform problems that were causing negative impact on product yield. Fixes involved labview programming algorithm debug and improvements, and identification of product hardware problems.Implemented improvements to user GUI, allowing for flexibility in testing individual printed circuit assemblies, thereby lowering test and troubleshooting times.
