Oversee the current business operations and procedures at Cortech to ensure the companies growth and sustainability. Continuously looking at ways to optimize strategies on production, sales growth, customer retention, and the overall business procedures.

Product Development/Marketing▪ Work with New Product Development, from the design stages to quality control of first production run▪ Assess the market for demand and profit potential on all new product development before the design phase▪ Design marketing plans for all new product launches; via E-Blasts, Company Website, and Social Media ▪ Use Exact E-Synergy to create and manage various workflows, ensuring projects are completed in full and on timeInventory Management/Production Management ▪ Monitor the inventory levels in multiple warehouses, ensuring that there are no shortages or overstocking of product▪ Use the current inventory, product lead times, customer demand, and quantity based pricing to forecast future stock orders▪ Contact and oversee numerous suppliers, vendors, products, and strategies to best streamline production▪ Negotiate pricing/incentives on special quantity based orders, and with potential new suppliers▪ Daily communication with three large Distributors to keep a good working business relationship▪ Oversee the Warehouse Manager and warehouse employees to keep morale and efficiency highIT/Website▪ Continuously monitor and update the company website, social media, and email marketing campaigns▪ Lead contact for Electronic Data Interchange(EDI), and all on-site computer/IT issues
