I have solid, boots on the ground HSE Advising experience within the Oil & Gas sector. I have wide experience in Plant shut-downs, construction & civils, drilling & completions. I have current certification in Technical High Angle Rope Rescue.I have had the privilege of taking part in numerous Accident Investigations/RCA as both Primary Incident Commander and Team Lead. I also have solid experience in amending & gap analysis of HSEMS. I have middle management experience, supervising numerous subordinates & equipment packages, ensuring Policy/procedure compliance, vetting documentation & mentoring. I also have experience training, mentoring and coaching. I'm looking for a new and exciting challenge that will push me to my full potential and to become part of a progressive team environment.
