Seen as a key member of the Scrum Master Chapter Leadership Team; playing a leading role in developing fellow Scrum Masters in the Scrum Master Chapter through a variety of support and coaching mechanisms.Daily responsibilities:- Play the role of Scrum Master in a home squad; currently in a non-technical space, delivering regulatory work to meet legislation- Officially provide regular coaching and support for nearly one third of the Scrum Master Chapter- Unofficially provide coaching and support to the entire Scrum Master Chapter- Build capability in the Scrum Master Chapter across key components of the discipline in facilitation, understanding metrics and servant leadership- Work closely with fellow Scrum Masters and aspiring Scrum Masters to plot out career pathways that will enable them to reach their personal and professional goals- Carry out People Leadership duties for members of the Scrum Master Chapter- Operate as a part Business Owner of critical collaboration tools in JIRA and Confluence, within the Collaboration Tool Forum- Support Capability Development to deliver training material on best practice across a range of professional topics; both in tandem and independently- Pair with the Principal Scrum Master to identify and address areas of focus to optimise Scrum Master allocations, support recruitment and help deliver strategic outcomes- Use feedback from fellow Scrum Masters to understand trends and drive a test-and-learn approach to develop solutions that allow us to provide an improved service to and build capability within our Chapter- Support Agile Coaches in delivering key outcomes across a number of Agile use cases

Allocated to the Digital Shopfront project, overseeing delivery of software that administers the new Bankwest website.Daily responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple Squads, working together as part of a single Tribe of colleagues towards common delivery goals- Produce and circulate regular, proactive communications around project health, that serve as a means of highlighting key achievements/issues/risks to stakeholders- Alleviate progress blockers faced by team members- Run project showcases to present newly-delivered work to stakeholders to celebrate successes and close off the feedback loop- Ensure Product Backlog is in shape, by liaising with stakeholders and carrying out regular prioritisation activities- Educate colleagues in the department in Agile delivery methods and how it can help them carry out their role- Directly influence the standardising of software delivery guidelines throughout Bankwest, including best practices in Agile delivery software (JIRA)- Continue to perform development tasks in downtime in order to retain technical skills
