Full organizational and leadership responsibilities overseeing an organization consisting of 325 personnel including acquisition and customer support personnel. As the supply chain lead I was responsible for ensuring that the Organization successfully delivered mission critical food and rations around the globe to both dining facilities and extremely remote locations so that the Services could successfully meet mission requirements.• During my tenure sales consistently met goals at $2.2B per year in line with goals.• Sought to reduce costs by reducing the number of individual prime vendor contract regions. • Continuously exceeded prime vendor fill rate goals of 98%.• Coordinated contractual food service support throughout the troop drawdown in Afghanistan.
