Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking as well as their level of comfort in price. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, inspections and other needs. A resource for referrals of all types of businesses, handymen, general contractors, interior designers, roofers, painters, flooring installers, plumbing, electrical, HVAC specialists, landscaping, etc. This is a service that continues after the sale. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each sale. This would include valuable information for individuals and families, market conditions, special deals, etc. My primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust me. I dedicate myself fully to the activities that benefit my clients most. I have a vested interest in making sure that my clients are completely satisfied at the end of our work together. So, I will never be too busy for any referrals from present or past clients.

Specialization with the mental health treatment of seriously, emotionally, disturbed children & adolescence & their families. Evaluate client needs assessing level of treatment. Develop a customized treatment plan as according to those needs. Effectively provide services for the assigned case load meeting requirements of state and federal guidelines. Review treatment provisions and its' effectiveness. Serve as an advocate for the clients within the community such as presenting at school board meetings, FAPT meetings, and testifying in juvenile court proceedings. Provide on-going supportive individual/family/group counseling to clients, significant others and their families, and effective crisis intervention when needed. Participate in the emergency on-call services for evaluation of crisis needs such as hospitalizations and/or other high level service needs. When needed, prescreens and secure appropriate hospitalization; obtain emergency custody or temporary detention orders. Develop, coordinate, and implement plans for stabilization through least restrictive alternatives. Individualized case management services including linking, coordinating and documenting service delivery to effectively collaborate with other agencies such as acute care units or inpatient hospitalization, court services, school systems, social services, etc. to develop resources, treatment needs, and discharge plans that effectuate successful transitions or the process of discharging back into the community.

Position offered work and experience within two different areas. Primary area was Bridges Treatment Center, which was an inpatient facility for children and adolescence who were seriously, emotionally, disturbed. Specific duties included the following: Facilitate program throughout the shift fulfilling requirements as specified for the treatment of individual patients as well as group treatment specifications. Maintain a stabilized environment deploying counseling interventions that ratifies inappropriate behavior and/or socially unacceptable behaviors. Participate in treatment team meetings making adjustments to treatment for specific individuals as needed. Facilitate group counseling sessions as well as participating in therapeutic activities. Documentation of client behaviors and responses to treatment. Secondary was Krise 6 acute care wing at Virginia Baptist Hospital in which children and adolescence were at risk of harm to self or others and needed significant care and supervision. Main responsibilities were maintaining high levels of supervision and stable environment. Facilitate group counseling sessions as well as participating in therapeutic activities. Documentation of client behaviors and responses to treatment.
