Designated for the first operational US Navy detachment to plan and transmit TLAM missions from a naval vessel validating a proof of concept of a new flexible capability in precision guided weapons. Dual qualified as a TLAM imagery analyst and mission planner. Conducted the first-ever Operational Test Launch of a TLAM entirely planned at sea. Led TLAM detachment through a rigorous Software Operations Verification Test (SOVT) of equipment and production. Qualified as a Senior TLAM Mission Planner and TLAM targeteer and weaponeer.

Led 10 person team in the production, quality assurance, and dissemination of JCS contingency target books for deploying and deployed carrier strike groups; imagery production system training; classified material administration; imagery analysis and target identification. Liaised with numerous staffs and agencies coordinating briefing agendas, locations, and travel arrangements. Authored a detailed Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS) for newly reporting members reducing the training time by 20 percent.
