Led over 50 people and two field service bases performing oilfield equipment installations offshore and onshore for India and Bangladesh. Liaised daily with ONGC, India's national oil company, on operational, procurement, and contract issues relating to our project. Represented company interests and policy in meetings with high-level ONGC officials. The project involved introducing new oil and gas drilling and production technology to India to meet the Indian government's goal of boosting local production.Managed the service delivery startup of 3 major projects, which increased monthly country field service revenue from approximately $30,000 to over $1,000,000 in 6 months. I managed simultaneous projects throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic for ONGC based in Mumbai and Kakinada, for Cairn Vedanta based in Rajasthan and Gujarat, and for Chevron based in Bangladesh. In addition, I effectively and efficiently led a diverse team of 9 nationalities who commuted to India for work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Saudi Arabia

Based in Saudi Arabia, and assisted Bahrain and Egypt with onshore and offshore operations on wellhead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting jobs, including drilling, fracturing, and production in oil and gas operations. Assisted in implementing new oil and gas drilling and production technology and trained local personnel on its safe and efficient use. Traveled alone or with a Saudi teammate to Egypt, Bahrain, and inside Saudi Arabia to complete complex jobs. In addition, I independently led a team for equipment installations in remote areas with poor communications and developed my expertise in energy production.

Kenedy, Texas

Supervised, coordinated, and performed equipment installation jobs in the Eagle Ford Shale. Drafted and cleared operational processes and systems in a new field service facility in a remote location. Supervised eight people in equipment installations on oil and gas drilling rigs and frac sites. Advised leadership on achieving our safety, economic, and environmental objectives. Interpreted and analyzed the significance of events reported to me by direct reports.
