David has extensive leadership and practical hands-on experience in New Country Entry, Project Management and Supply Chain Management in the Energy and Natural Resources sectors encompassing offshore and onshore construction projects, EPC, LNG, and onshore and offshore Exploration & Appraisal programs plus mining conception to operation with over 30 years’ international energy and natural resource development, execution and operations experience.​David was based in East Africa from 2011 to 2024 where he was Head of Contracts and Procurement for East Africa and a member of the Asset Leadership Team for Shell based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He also had his own consultancy in Mozambique.
