He previously worked as Head of Contract Administration with Meraas Holding; a Dubai-based developer where he had responsibility for managing a team of in-house commercial managers and external consultants in delivery of a number of high profile mixed use projects. David also held the position of Associate Director with AECOM in Dubai where he had specific responsibility for its UAE Residential Cost Management Team. Before moving to the Middle East in 2012, David was an Associate Director in Davis Langdon, Cork where he was Head of the Cost Management team. David has extensive experience and has successfully delivered projects in all major construction sectors including healthcare, residential, retail, hospitality, leisure & entertainment, industrial and civils/infrastructure.David is a proactive individual who actively engages throughout the project lifecycle to ensure professional and timely delivery on project objectives. He has strong leadership skills which combined with his collaborative approach and extensive experience make him a valuable addition to any project team. He is responsible for Cost and Project Management services in the South of the Country and is based in our Cork Office located at 74 South Mall.
