My job was to find and send phone technicians across the country for companies with multiple locations. Once a job was given to me it was my responsibility to insure everyone was in place for the job. Calling both the technicians company and the company where the work is to be done. It was my job to create and send all invoices to and from the techs. The main company’s I work for are Morgan Stanley, CSX Transportation, Bob Evans Farms, Oriely Auto Parts, and UBS (United Bank of Switzerland.

My job responsibilities included opening and closing both business and consumer checking and savings account. I handled customer service requests such as debt cards, online banking, fraud, balance inquire, and general account questions. I also served as back up to the teller line where I was responsible to manage a cash drawer with upwards of ten thousand dollars, help fill business change orders, and process deposits. I also had quarterly sales goals to meet.

My job was to help interview and train new employees in sales. I would go out of the gym and hand out promotions and get people to come into the gym to see it and sell them memberships. I would set up cross promotions with local businesses to promote the gym . I would cold call people who had come in to visit to see when they were coming in next to sign up for a membership. The job was all about sales and I learned a lot about sales while working there.
