I am a Technical Analyst for the Solid Waste Permitting Unit. This position requires me to review design plans and specifications for solid waste facilities (MSW landfills, transfer stations, C/D landfills, waste processing facilities, etc.) as well as draft and issue operational permits for those facilities and to oversee the permitting process and review permits for industrial waste facilities in the state. This position also requires me to work with the WV state legislature to create new regulations or modify existing regulations as they pertain to the disposal and handling of solid waste within the state.

I worked with a team of engineers, other engineer interns and drafters to design roadways for the state of Kentucky. My specialty was designing storm water control plans and E&S plans for roadway projects. I was also involved in pavement design for highway projects.
