As the Sales and Marketing Specialist, I manage most of the community outreach and business development for EMERGE's longest standing social enterprise, EmergeWORKS. EmergeWORKS is an alternative staffing organization (ASO). Based on a traditional staffing model but infused with a social twist, ASO’s are able to provide additional support services to temp, temp-to-hire, and permanent employees in the form of career services and highly developed training programs.
