Responsible for leading and developing the direct reports on the Training, Learning and Development team.Responsible for driving the Training, Learning & Development culture in the Territory/Market/District for store leadership and employees that results in employees who are confident and competent in their roles, fully trained, feeling valued and empowered to serve their customers, and create their futures at Best Buy.Responsible for ensuring that no customer is ever left un-served or under-served through support of the Operating Model by educating and inspiring belief in the Enterprise, Retail and HR Strategy. Drives role clarity and optimization within the Territories, Markets, Districts and Stores.Responsible for the consistent deployment and delivery of assigned training programs; supports and ensures disciplined expense management.

The Best Buy Market Trainer will be responsible for the execution and delivery of Best Buy Selling Skills Induction classes and ongoing learning and development training for retail employees. This role focuses on the timely delivery of new and updated content relevant to the industry and the needs of the local market. The Trainer will work closely with the Territory Training Manager, Training Learning and Development Team, Store, District, Market and Territory members in providing input around content which supports the technical and professional development of Best Buy Leaders and Employees. The Trainer will successfully coach retail leaders on the execution of their SOP in compliance with the standardized learning objectives.
