Corporate Communications was challenged with the excessive effort required to manage content with the existing implementation. Records Information Management was tasked from upper management to provide a means of implementing a RIM solution for legal purposes which the existing solution provided no means for implementing. I architected a solution to replace existing Oracle portal utilizing MOSS WCM, Records Management services as well as extensive customizations which would include custom site definitions/columns/content types/timers/InfoPath forms/workflows/web parts/web services/application pages/page layouts.
