Primary responsibilities surround oversight of the Planning team, service development, planning and implementation support of major transit projects and initiatives, and public and regional planning partner engagement.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:*Data analysis: Compiling and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by legal mandate and public transportation best practices.*Reporting and compliance: Developing action plans and presentations relative to KPIs.*Service revision: Preparing and implementing fixed route schedules, rosters, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) functionality.*Procurement: Executing all components of the procurement process through to contract administration.MAJOR PROJECTS:*Served as project manager for a six month microtransit pilot project that transitioned into a full time regular service.*Drafted, and oversaw the joint procurement of 68 heavy duty CNG buses for 11 transit agencies in Pennsylvania from solicitation through contract administration.*Sampled, audited, and attained certification for Automatic Passenger Counter (APC) system through the National Transit Database (NTD) in fiscal year 2017 and benchmark (recertification) in 2019.*Analyzed service and implemented revisions that resulted in improvement of fixed route and commuter bus system on-time performance from 73.4% in June 2014 to 86.8% July 2017.*Reviewed and revised various program compliance plans including, but not limited to, Facility and Equipment Maintenance, DBE Program and Methodology, Purchasing and Procurement, Title VI Service Standards, and Transit Asset Management. *Compiled documentation for, coordinated, and participated in federal and state compliance reviews including JARC/New Freedom, Triennial, and Act 44 Reviews.*Maintained, and audited PennDOT’s Capital Planning Tool, which included over three hundred (300) capital assets for ten (10) counties.*Drafted and implemented multiple driver bids with less than 1% of built-in overtime and compliant with all CBA and regulatory requirements.*Implemented and maintained a no-error static Google Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) since 2016 and a Realtime (GTFS-RT) feed since 2019.

*Programmed youth activities and community development initiatives.*Administered program volunteers through scheduling, and oversight.*Maintained facility conditions through work-equity program for youth and volunteer coordination.*Supervised and enforced policy according to school district, YSCTC, and Luther Memorial Church guidelines.

*Designed and implemented student programs and activities.*Managed the well being of sixty floor residents.*Coordinated with other staff members in a team dynamic.*Organized a mid-year transition to a new residence hall.

*Performed role inclusive of all Resident Assistant duties and responsibilities.*Provided information and services to camps and conferences.*Interviewed Assistant Director Applicants with Dean of Students office.
