Tutoring High School and College Students

Help run and organize Blood drives in order to ensure they run smoothly as well as ensuring a good and positive experience for those donating blood.

Involvement with all accounting and reporting functions of assigned jobs.Prepare monthly reporting packages including data from legal, construction, and other operations groups.Participate in the preparation of annual budget reports.Recommend and develops policies, procedures, and systems to meet company objectives including internal and external reporting as well as design and development of internal control processes to ensure accuracy of accounting and reporting. Work with executive staff and program directors to understand and improve financial performance of their respective budgets. Design and implement policies and procedures and to maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance in order to preserve the purchasing power.Investment analytics and job costing.

Created a Database to aid in separating and analyzing useful patient information that aided our research. Created a step-wise protocol that will be instituted hospital wide based on a new drug to aid rapid Warfarin reversal for patients that have various types of bleeds.Worked closely with the heads of the Emergency room, Neurosurgical Care Unit, Neurology Department, and Trauma Department to collect patient information to prove that our procedure worked significantly better than other standard procedures.

Aided and helped adults with developmental disabilities with their daily tasks and goals.

Helped to start and create a summer program for students in High school. I helped organize and put together reservations and activities for a 5 week summer program. Acted as head counselor for all 3 summers. I helped grow the program from 17 kids to 37 by the third year.
