Responsibilities include Sales (North America), Project Management, and Account Management ˑ Target industries for new product development include: medical devices, firearms (recoil pads and cheek pads), footwear, seating, etcˑ Develop and Manage project metrics that monitor project performance against established objectivesˑ Continually communicate project details with customer’s engineers and Technogel’s engineers (located at our 2 manufacturing locations in Germany and Italy, despite language barriers/challenges)ˑ Proactively predict and identify deviations from the project plan and keep all stakeholders informed of impacts to schedule and budgetˑ Clearly communicate customer expectations throughout all facets of developmentˑ Develop and maintain relationships with designers, engineers, and purchasing groupsˑ Responsible for leading efforts for multiple projects – obtaining new projects, working on current projects, and managing current commercialized products.
