Technogel® was founded over 25 years ago as a joint venture between Otto Bock Kunststoff and the Italian company Royal Medica and has been fully German-owned since 2018. Today, we are an internationally operating mid-sized company headquartered and producing in Berlingerode, Thuringia – in the heart of Germany. With an additional production site in Italy and a sales office in the USA, we serve customers in over 50 countries worldwide. As a pioneer in introducing gel materials in the sleep and comfort segment, we quickly established ourselves as innovation leaders. Our business is divided into two segments: “Consumer Products”, offering premium products such as ergonomic mattresses, pillows, and seating solutions for the Sleeping and Living sectors; and “Technical Solutions”, which develops customized PU solutions for a wide range of industrial and medical applications. The investment in our own system facility strengthens both areas and reflects our commitment to combining technological progress with maximum comfort.
