Sales and sales training development were some of my primary responsibilities, making sure that both the company and the team had growth and development through sales. Customer Service is a large part of that and leads to the general success of those goals. Managing both new and old accounts, ensuring that payments, vehicles, and users were all up to date was a daily task. When not involved with customer facing responsibilities, most of my time was spend learning and maintaining the various different equipment, chemicals, tests, and general upkeep of the car was facilitiy. Much of this was taught on the job, but a good amount of it also came from my background education in Biology and Chemistry.
