David Karram has been innovating at the intersection of design, and real estate for over two decades. One of the first in the industry to bring architectural designs to life with sophisticated 3D renderings and animation, Karram founded his own firm, in 2000. He has been pushing the edges of design and technology ever since, building into one of South Florida’s leading visualization and design firms. In the last 20-plus years, David and his team of 6 have designed hundreds of high-end homes, residential developments, mixed-use projects, hotels, restaurants, medical and commercial buildings, and more. A graduate of SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design) with both a Bachelors and a Masters in architecture, David began creating groundbreaking designs early in his career. While at SCAD, he disnguished himself as the college’s first architecture student to land his work in textbooks. David’s 3D thesis designs for a research aquarium were published in a series of Hepler and Walsh’s textbooks instructing a generation of architecture students. After graduation, David spent 5 years in residential and commercial architecture at large South Florida firms.

Mr. David Karram has over 19 years in the creation and development of multimedia and animated projects. Mr. Karram’s day to day tasks range from sales and RFP submittals to client relations and staff management. His work has become nationally recognized as the premier production company specializing in 3D renderings and animations for real estate developers, architectural firms, interior designers, engineers and technology companies. These assignments include creating 3D animations and websites for hotels, condominiums, single family developments and commercial real estate projects. Some of Mr. Karram’s client’s are Lennar Homes, Florida Design Magazine, Office Depot, Ike Behar Apparel, 1800Petmeds, Onstream Media Coproation, Darden Restaurants, Landmark Land Development, Codina Realty, and Morton Plant Hospital, and W Hotel. Before becoming CTO of Tekvisual, LLC., Mr. Karram was responsible for designing architectural multimedia presentations for a variety of large development firms all over Florida. Mr. Karram’s work became well known for the creative approach to getting landmark projects passed by the city and state of Florida.
