Managed an array of campus-essential utilities: potable water systems, wells, campus flouridation plant, a 50 megawatt co-generation plant, high voltage distribution, chilled water production and distribution, campus EMCS (Energy Management and Control System), campus steam production and distribution system, fire protection systems and all of the staff to operate, maintain and repair all of these systems.

New Haven, Ct

Managed the operation and maintenance of the campus utility plants which produced approximately 7mm pounds of steam daily and circulated approximately 23,000 tons of chilled water per hour (depending on the seasons). Responsible for procuring oil and natural gas for operations, maintaining more than 20 miles of steam and chilled water piping and providing round-the-clock service to this 11,000,000 square foot campus.
