Check out Hucknc.com- Used Solidworks Professional to fix prior design shortcomings and add upgrades to Huck’s 2021 revision of the retro-styled electric motorbike model, The “Rebel”. - Designed two additional electric moped and motorcycle models, “Overland” and “Stinger”, from early ideation to full production; both are currently on the market.- Performed a full redesign of the pre-existing rebel chassis for the 2024 model year; the Rebel assemblies also require working with pre-existing surface body assets from NURBS CAD, such as thermoformed faux gas tanks. - Performed all mechanical design for the company, guiding projects from napkin sketches to 3D printed and sheet metal prototypes, and finally to CAD and engineering drawings for manufacturing partners. -- -Worked quickly and efficiently while balancing a large number of concurrent projects.- Made constant improvements to the frames, parts, and processes ensuring ease of production and maintenance, making quality control checks on all received parts and frames by hand and with tools such as laser scanning for CAD comparisons. - Produced all motorbike accessories from initial ideation through manufacturing and quality control, including parts specifically designed for US armed forces applications, with a particularly large amount of work in sheet metal forming. - Reverse engineered all 3rd party components into precise CAD models for use in complex full bike assemblies, to fully verify fitment of each and every component. Also used to build complete motorbike CAD assemblies for use in design verification, marketing materials, design patent applications, and photorealistic keyshot renders.- Led, trained, and developed a junior product designer in generation of build diagrams, junior level CAD work, large assembly creation, and photorealistic keyshot renderings of every accessory and each full bike assembly.

Utilized Solidworks to create solid and surface-to-solid parts, from engineering drawings and tech packs. Produced part and assembly files for a variety of lighting product lines. Delivered all parts and STEP files in full assemblies to be used in realistic 3ds Max renderings for upcoming product catalog.
