This is an expansion of my role as Program Manager. The title change came about because of increased responsibility. The team is now 20+ people.

Managing the program for Pro/ENGINEER and SolidWorks integrations to Teamcenter. Increased product development and support by converting a 3 person on-shore team to a 11 person hybrid team of on-shore and off-shore team members. The team is actually distributed amongst sites in Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune. Additionally, integrated the ITI and Siemens teams, so that product definition, process, and visibility are open between the two companies. Continually navigating the desires of Siemens PLM marking/sales needs, customer desires and product quality. Senior software engineer working in Java and Python on Matrix PLM integrations to Pro/ENGINEER and UGNX. In the process learned about customer usage of CAD integrations to PLM and how to configure the Matrix PLM stack and customer the Matrix PLM product. Implemented one-off solutions for customers around the world, to meet their PLM requirements.

Managed the internal ITI CADScript product. The product was used internally for rapid development for various applications. It provides an abstract interface to working with the CAD system API's (Catia V4, Catia V5, UGNX, Pro/E, SolidWorks, Parasolid Kernel). Incorporated ITI's internal PDE/Lib, to leverage ITI's internal geometry engine for conversion of data. Technical Manager for ITI's core geometry engine used in translation. The engine is the core to ITI's translator offerings. It provides conversions to/from NURBS (curves and surfaces) as well as converson of BREP forms. Coordinated on-site employees and off-site consultants.
