During the past fifteen years, I have maintained high performance standards within a diverse range of deliverables in the clinical research field. In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I have proactively created training and process documents that have been implemented on a company-wide basis, mentored numerous individuals and actively sought ways to increase efficiencies, including the development of materials and process’ to facilitate this task . Recently I have been a contributing member of the team dedicated to Janssen’s CARt program, and during this time have both established an excellent knowledge of the immunotherapy facet of the industry, in additional to significant collaboration across multiple departments within Janssen and numerous outside vendors and institutions. This experience has broadened not only the clinical scope of my expertise, but also allowed for greater understanding surrounding GMPs, GCPs, logistics, and chain of custody associated with manufacture of cellular therapies.Further qualifications I offer include:• Thorough expertise within numerous electronic systems including eCRF, IVRS, and CTMS systems, with a general high level of electronic systems knowledge and a superior ability to learn new electronic systems.• Experience in developing and implementing training materials including presentation and on-going support for trainees.• Excellent communication with members of both clinical teams and sites with emphasis on issue resolution for both parties.• Considerable experience in mentoring colleagues across numerous positions.• Creation of training documents utilized company-wide and presentation of these to large groups.• Facilitation of document review and development including protocols, process manuals (IP, laboratory, etc) and forms.It is my personal goal, in both life and career, to be in a constant state of learning and development, and I have worked tirelessly in every position to make this statement true.
