Responsible for the site engineering team and the day-to-day operation of the Southern California Edison Corporate Headquarters campus located in Rosemead California. Campus consists of five buildings totaling over one million square feet, four standalone central plants with primary and secondary water loops running 300 to 1200 Ton centrifugal chillers with a total capacity of over 6500 Tons. Campus also has an additional sixty DX units and mini splits to support IT operations and mission critical spaces. Operations team consisted of Assistant Chief, Building Engineer and six maintenance mechanics Heavy emphasis on PM’s, work order on time completion and in-house repairs. Oversaw client capital projects, infrastructure upgrades and provided technical support for critical space remodels.

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of all casino operational systems to include the electrical infrastructure, generators, switchgear, kitchen production equipment, commercial HVAC-R units, ice machines and building automation system. As Technical Operations Manager I was responsible for all aspects of operation at the Digital Data Center campus in Needham, Massachusetts. The site consisted of two data center facilities totaling 200,000sq ft. of raised floor space, 21 MW of UPS power and 40 MW of generator power and all the associated support equipment. Highly proficient in writing and executing critical method of procedures and sequence of operations dealing with infrastructure repairs, UPS critical switching procedures, preventive building maintenance, utility power work, central plant operations, HVAC replacement, generator, paralleling gear and fire suppression system testing. Oversaw the operations department and directly managed twelve operating engineers, Assistant Chief Engineer, and Chief Engineer.

As the facilities Senior Operations Engineer, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Digital Realty Downtown Technology Exchange located at 120 E. Van Buren in Phoenix, Az. Managed and monitored vendors, central plant operations, customer suites and the electrical infrastructure. Created and executed method of procedures to maintain all HVAC units, electrical and emergency backup systems as well as perform general building maintenance without customer interruption.

In charge of R&D manufacturing for the chemical mangement division. Our focus was on the design and build out of proto-type Chemical Management Systems. I worked extensivley with engineering on build processes and system problem areas and managed 10 manufacturing technicians. The last 14 months of employment, I was deployed as a field service technician responsible for the onsite maintenance of all high vacuum and chemical abatement systems at the Microchip Fab in Tempe Az.
