Starting off as supervisor and getting promoted to Assistant Manager and Store Manager within my time at Sony Centre Milton Keynes. Ensuring all parts of the store operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for recruitment of staff and ongoing development and training of staff in both sales and customer services techniques to ensure all targets are met. Implementing visual merchandising displays for seasonal and timed promotions. Devised & planned local marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the store both on social media and in print.

Responsible for the day to to day running of the store in the managers absence, ensuring all products are correctly stocked and displayed. Management of staff including time management and sales development training. Keeping track of all KPI's withing the store parameters.

Responsible for supervising all members of staff within the customer service and collection bay areas at Argos. Planning staff rotas and liaising with store management.
