Full time Digital Futures training academy with focus on MERN full stack, TDD, agile methodology and object oriented program through Java certification. Program was split into clear modules covering different coding languages, processes and approach, with a section ending challenge project. Alongside this workshops and modules took place covering professional and soft skill understanding and application. All together this helped learn the competencies and teamwork abilities required to position myself better within the fast moving competitive employment market.

Production line operative working part of a line team to refurbish tech equipment for public use. Roles varied from organising, testing and packing individual components or the completed product for differing products. Workplace had expectations, regulations and training to adhere to, whilst producing a quality product at a company profitable rate. All tasks required trust and knowledge to complete individually but were only one cog in the wheel of a team reliant process.

Full time member of a small shop team that provided a knowledgeable and efficient service while providing a welcoming customer experience. Key to this service was firstly, building customer rapport through interaction and conversation. Secondly learning about the different services and bets available to understand and process them, so I can share advice with the customer. The role required trust to work and complete tasks as an individual, while making my own decisions and using intuition to decide what was appropriate for given situation. Away from customer service, each team member observed and enforced laws and regulations set out by the company and third-party organisations
