Manage inventory levels for assigned SKU’s. Set up new suppliers, sku’s and costing. Create, maintain, and track purchase orders. Approve invoices and correct costing issues. Work and communicate with Forecasters to meet customer demands. Negotiate scheduling and shipping arrangements with suppliers.

Utilized SAP and C8 to process, track, and maintain commercial HVAC sales orders in the Business Sales and Services division for the eastern North Carolina. Provided support for sales representatives, sales engineers and customers. Discovered and corrected an error in inventory control, immediately reducing both customer complaints and overdue invoices. Corrected and correlated state sales tax with job location, resolving customer complaints, reducing overdue invoices and clarifying organizational job setup guidelines.

Maintained inventory for 10 product lines at 38 sites. Used ERP and Demands Solutions Forecasting Software to evaluate inventory activity. Created stock out report using Microsoft Excel and Access.
