With over 30 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented business leader who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth. As the General Manager of Romanes & Paterson, part of Purepay Retail, I oversee a three-floor store with a turnover of over £4.5m and full P&L responsibility, as well as a whisky shop, a restaurant, and a highland dress floor.I lead, coach, and train a team of 50 staff across retail and catering, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's vision and values.
