I operate independently, planning, executing, and managing substantial managerial functions for large and complex USAID Missions. My skills and knowledge enable me to provide expert administrative counsel to all staff members, with wide latitude in carrying out various administrative and managerial functions related to commercial and simplified acquisitions under FAR Part 13.In my specialized role as a procurement agent, I manage the procurement process for USAID Missions, covering Operating Expenses procurements and a full range of program support procurements for commodities and services. I utilize various procurement channels available under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures Rules and the Commercial Act. My expertise includes the use and application of tools such as purchase orders, service contracts, blanket purchase agreements, task orders, delivery orders, USG purchase cards, petty cash purchases, and negotiated contracts, excluding those covered under ICASS.
