Establish workforce planning strategies and initiatives to enhance the employment opportunities for a diverse workforce including veterans, minorities, and women. Trouble shoot problems and lead the efforts of a thorough analysis of adverse impact in assigned organizations with extremely diverse and complicated work force presented with critical recruitment and retention issues. Provide employment opportunity and diversity planning program support. Ensure advice aligns with overall program objectives and goals. Address affected members and coordinate with appropriate team members on complex HR or ER/LR issues.
